1. Database Type - Please make sure you have selected the right database type in the first step. Selecting an incorrect database type will not work even if your database credentials are correct. Ex. Selecting Postgres database but entering credentials for MySQL
  2. Credentials - Please make sure the credentials you have provided are correct.
  3. SSH Issues - If your database is only accessible via SSH connections, enable the SSH options on the Credentials Page and enter SSH details. In the case of SSH connections Database Host field is optional, and you can leave that field empty.
  4. Outside connections - Please make sure your database can accept outside connections. There are some cases when the database is in a private network and the network doesn’t allow outside connections.
  5. Whitelisting - Your database might only accept connections from a set of IP addresses. In that case, if Draxlr tries to connect with your database, It’ll get a connection timeout or connection error. In that case, you need to whitelist Draxlr’s IP address - 52.86.78.4
